Local Participants:

LOCAL PARTICIPANTS CAN PAY THE FEE FOR THE CONGRESS DURING 5-7 MAY, BETWEEN THE HOURS 15.00-18.00, AND ON THE 8TH OF MAY, 10.00-15.00, OFFICE 404, CENTRAL UNIVERSITY BUILDING 

* Active local participants who will register between 15 April 2010 - 15 May 2010 will benefit of a discount in amount of  50 MDL.

   Passive local participants who will register between 15 April 2010 - 15 May 2010 will benefit a discount of 30 MDL.

Foreign Participants can not use this offer because of bank taxes (SWIFT) necessary for money transfer.

Active Participants*

The participation fee for active SMPhU ”Nicolae Testemitanu” students, residents, doctorands and young doctors includes:

bags, congress materials, certificate of attendance, wellcome-party, coffee breaks.

The participation fee for active participants from other university centers includes: bags, congress materials, certificate of attendance, accommodation in a hotel, wellcome-party, coffee breaks.

* The status of active participant is attributed only to the author of the work.

Passive Participants *

Local passive participants benefit of admittance to all congress sessions, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks.

Passive participants from other university centers benefit of admittance to all congress sessions, certificate of attendance, accommodation in a hotel, reception, coffee breaks.

* Passive participants - students, residents, postgraduates, young doctors (untill 35 years) that don't have papers registered at the congress either are co-authors to any paper.

• Breakfast and lunch will be provided at 10 €.
• The fee for the meals during congress period include: breakfast and lunch on Wednesday (19th of May) and on Thursday (20th of May).
• Banquet fee (Thursday, 20th of May 2010): Local Active Participants - 200 MDL, Foreign Participants (symbolic fee) - 5 €

All participants who have a second abstract accepted to participate at the Congress will pay extra 7 €.

Co-authors who want to receive a Special Certificate of the Congress “MedEspera-2010” will pay 7 €.

If you would like to participate at the trip to Capriana Monastery organized by the Congress Committee you will have to pay 10 €.

The participation fees of local and foreign participants have to be paid directly during registration at the Congress in MDL according to the National Bank of Moldova in the day of registration.
