Registration

The abstract registration and submission is only on-line at the Application Form Heading. Only on-line submitted abstracts will be accepted. Nevertheless you are accepted or not, you will receive an e-mail notifying about the Editorial Board's decision.

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for abstracts that will be received with internet submission errors and grammar mistakes. In order to avoid this, respect the application form requirements. The authors of the received abstracts will be notified by the Organizing Committee in maximum 3 days from the date of sending.

Please fill in the Application form having the abstract in English. The violation of this  requirement will lead to the abstracts rejection. Thank you for understanding!

Notes

The Slide Show Presentation and the Poster content must be performed in English. You will receive by e-mail the decision of the Editorial Board about the acceptance of your work in the Congress Sessions. In case your work is not accepted you are wellcome to come as a passive participant.

In case you wish to cancel your participation in the Congress Sessions please send us an e-mail with 15 days before the Congress date, with the subject “Cancellation” at the e-mail address of the Congress. 

Please visit the Congress website in order to find out news and please check your e-mail regularily.

At the end of the Congress all the participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
