Association is created and is unfolding its activity in concordance with
the Constitution of Republic of Moldova, The Law of Republic of Moldova regarding the Public Associations nr. 837-XII
from 17 may 1996.
Association is constituted in judicial-organizational form - Public
Association.
A.S.S. is a legal entity since its been registered at Ministry of Justice from Republic of Moldova, disposing of all
the rights and obligations which are ascribable to this category of ascribables granted by the Constitution Of Republic
of Moldova. It has its own stamp, emblem, financial balance sheet, banc account in local currency (MDL - moldavian
lions), and foreign currency (USD - United States Dollars), fiscal code and other attributes of a legal entity.
In its activity it will not distribute its profit or proprieties between its founders or other particular persons
inclusively in the process of the reorganization and liquidation of ADS.
Aims:
- Organization/reorganization of university study process ;
- Organization of social, scientific, cultural and sport life within the Dentistry Faculty;
- Representation of A.S.S. members interest in front of Dentistry Faculty Deans Chair, implicitly in front of State Medical and Pharmaceutical University "Nicolae Testimatanu" (SMPU) (Republic of Moldova) rector's office, local authorities, national and international.
For achieving its aims, A.S.S. will unfold further activities:
- Elaboration of methods, concepts and ideas for protection of the rights and interests of students in the Dentistry Faculty;
- Organization and Participation at seminars, conferences, meetings with scientific profile;
- Profound analysis of social problems which students face day by day, problems which have a directly impact on studying procces;
- Periodical publication editions for dental students;
